Maria Grazia Cappai: Doctor in Veterinary Medicine (2000) and Ph D in Hygiene, Production and Quality of food of Animal Origin at the University of Sassari (2004), where she teaches and carries out investigations on Animal Nutrition and Feeding since 2005. Operation Specialist of Value Chain at the SDA Bocconi University in 2006, the research topics deal with valorization and origin protection of animal productions in light of traceability systems based on new technologies, within the IoT and digital information flow. Engaged in Precision Management and Feeding, Secretary of European Society of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition, Member of the Associazione Scientifica per le Produzioni Animali (ASPA), member of the Scientific Committee of the former Metroagrifor Workshop in 2018, in 2014 was acknowledged with AISSA AWARD with the contribution entitled "Biosafety of ceramic boluses for the electronic identification (RFID) of cattle under extensive farming systems. Long term retrospective evaluation".
